Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein prayer is to (i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to issue an appointment letter in favour of petitioner on the ground of work experience of petitioner on the post of Seasonal Collection Peon; (ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to decide the representation of petitioner dated 21.08.2025 which is pending before him expeditiously and within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court; (iii) to issue any other writ order or direction as deemed fit by this Hon'ble Court in the circumstances of the case; (iv) to issue costs to the petitioner, due to inherent technical defect with liberty to file fresh. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4. Certified copy of the documents be returned to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner subject to furnishing of photocopy of the same.
