Case No. 18 of 2024 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 341, 353, 307, 324 of the Indian Penal Code and , pending in the court of learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Seraikella. 3. On 31.05.2024 at about 9.10 p.m., petitioner and co-accused persons are alleged to have assaulted the Informant, due to which, he sustained grievous injury. It also appears that 19.60 kg. of doda was recovered from the house of the petitioner and co-accused persons. Occurrence has taken place when the police party had gone to raid the house of the co-accused persons for recovery of doda. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J) Ranjeet/ Uploaded
