The present petition has been filed seeking to challenge the order dated 05.08.2025 passed in a first appeal arising out of an order dated 05.06.2023, under section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. An order dated 09.09.2025 passed in the execution case has also been challenged. Upon being pointed out by the learned counsel appearing for the private respondent that the order passed in first appeal would be subject to a further statutory remedy, counsel for the petitioners seeks withdrawal of the writ petition and states that the petitioners would take recourse to the appropriate remedy.
