His license of practice was renewed from time to time, however, by order dated 10.10.2025, State Government has refused to renew his license of practice on the ground that he has practiced for more than ten years and with a view to give opportunity to young and energetic persons. (3) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that issue raised in this writ petition is covered by the judgment dated 8.10.2025, rendered in Writ Petition No. 7 of 2025 (MS), therefore, this petition be decided in terms of the said judgment. (4) Learned State Counsel concedes that the reason for non-renewal of petitioner’s license of practice is the same as was in Writ Petition No. 7 of 2025 (MS). Thus he submits that he has no objection if this petition is decided in terms of the said judgment.
