Heard Sri Umendra Kumar Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Shesh Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3. 2. The petitioner appears to be lethargic. It appears that for the first time he has filed an application for recognition of subjects way back in the year 2013 and it was not pressed effectively and now after more than a decade, he has filed a fresh application. 3. On a specific query by this Court as to whether there is legal bar to consider such application, Sri Srivastava, learned counsel for respondent nos.2 and 3 submits that it may be a case there may not be such bar. 4. In the aforesaid circumstances, present writ petition is disposed of with an observation that application so filed by the petitioner may be considered by concerned respondent.
