Learned counsel for the Plaintiff on instruction, submits that the plaint be returned to be filed in the City Civil Court, Bangalore, which according to learned counsel for the Plaintiff also has pecuniary jurisdiction to entertain the plaint. 3. Accordingly, this plaint is returned for the Plaintiff to file the same in the City Civil Court, Bangalore, where the parties will appear on 09.06.2025.
