State of H.P. and Anr.2, draft seniority list of the petitioners’ category i.e. Class-I Gazetted in the 1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 CWP No. 8808 of 2023, decided on 27.03.2024 - 2 - Polytechnics has been sent to the Government vide office letters dated 17th and 19th December 2024; Process of revising the seniority list by granting the benefits of contractual seniority is underway and would be finalized shortly; and consequential benefits, if any, arising due to giving the contractual service benefits shall be released after finalization of the seniority list. Office letters dated 17th and 19th December 2024 have been appended alongwith the instructions memo. 2. Taking note of the instructions memo alongwith documents appended therewith, this execution petition to stand disposed of with direction to the respondents to do the needful expeditiously for finalizing the concerned seniority list. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioners to seek appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for redressal of their surviving grievances, if any, at an appropriate stage.
