Present petition has been filed, primarily raising a grievance with regard to non-enforcement of the order dated 2.8.20222 passed in the proceedings under Section 116 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006. Counsel for the petitioner has not disputed that for enforcement of an order passed under Section 116 of the U P Revenue Code, 2006, the petitioner would have to take recourse to the appropriate proceedings and a writ petition, for that purpose, would not be entertainable. Counsel for the petitioner, therefore, states that he does not wish to press the present petition and the petitioner would take recourse to the appropriate legal remedy.
