CRMPM No.2883 of 2025 This application has been filed for condonation of delay of 46 days seeking leave to file appeal. Prayer has been vehemently opposed by learned counsel for the respondents on the ground that day-to-day delay, as required to be explained under law, has not been explained. After hearing learned Deputy Advocate General as well as learned counsel for the respondents and going through the record, we are of the considered opinion that there is sufficient cause in delay in filing the application seeking leave to file appeal. Accordingly, application is allowed and stands disposed of.
