Pant University of Agriculture and Technology. He was debarred for two semesters on the charge of using unfair means vide order dated 01/04.07.2023. Thus, feeling aggrieved by order passed by Registrar, petitioner has approached this Court. 3. It is contended that petitioner was debarred from appearing in University examination based on suspicion and there is no evidence whatsoever regarding use of unfair means by petitioner. 4. Mr. Shubhang Dobhal, learned counsel appearing for G.B. Pant University, however, submits that these issued cannot be decided in a writ petition and if petitioner has any grievance against order of debarment, then he can make a representation. 5. The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to petitioner to approach Vice Chancellor of University. If petitioner makes 2025:UHC:11308 representation within two weeks, decision thereupon shall be taken within six weeks thereafter.
