According to the petitioner, he was engaged as skilled labour through outsourcing against a sanctioned post in Nagar Palika Parishad, Nainital on 01.06.2025 and he served in the said capacity till 01.08.2025. It is further his case that he was re-engaged on 27.08.2025 and worked till 19.09.2025. 4. The grievance raised by the petitioner is that neither his rightful remuneration has been released to him so far nor his request for re-engagement is being considered. In this regard petitioner has made representation to the Executive Officer on 20.11.2025. 5. Mr. Krishina Kant Joshi, Advocate, holding brief of Mr. Bhupendra Singh Bisht, learned counsel appearing for the Nagar Palika Parishad assures that decision, if already not taken on the representation, shall be taken within six weeks. 6. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Executive Officer to take decision on the pending representation, within six weeks from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
