This writ petition has been filed seeking following relief :- "Issue an appropriate order, directing the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) Atarra, District BANDA to consider and expediously decide the Original Suit No. 53 of 2012 (Phool Singh Versus Suraj Prasad and others) filed by the Respondent/plaintiffs, with respect to the land in question Gata No. 1643 area about 0.0202 hectare and Gata No. 1635 Ka area about 0.158 Hectare situated at Town area Tehsil Atarra District Banda as same is pending since year 2012. Issue an appropriate order directing the respondents not change the nature of the land in question Gata No. 1643 area about 0.0202 hectare and Gata No. 1635 Ka area about 0.158 Hectare situated at Town area Tehsil Atarra District Banda" 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the above- mentioned case is pending consideration since 2012, the same has not been decided till date. Learned counsel prayed that the same may be decided, expeditiously. 4. Since the above-mentioned case is pending, no useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Atarra, District BANDA to decide the above-mentioned case, in accordance with law, Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Avinash Singh Chauhan, Virendra Singh Chauhan Counsel for Respondent(s) : Suraj Prasad .....Petitioner(s) Phool Singh And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) expeditiously, preferably within eighteen months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, after ensuring service of notice upon all the respondents and providing opportunity of hearing to all the concerned parties as well as giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided there is no other legal impediment.
