Learned counsel for the petitioner brought to the notice of this Court that the case against Accused Nos.1 to 3 was ended in acquittal vide orders dated 11.02.2020 in C.C.No.1019 of 2019. The petitioner herein is Accused No.4, who is the sister of husband of the 2nd respondent. 3. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that because of the compromise in this matter, the complainant and other witnesses did not say anything against the accused during the trial before the trial Court. 4. As can be seen from the record, the statements of P.Ws.1 to 3 before the police which are recorded under Section 161 Cr.P.C. are marked in their evidence as Exs.P1 to P4. In that light, due to compromise, the complainant 3 and other witnesses did not state anything against Accused Nos.1 to 3. The petitioner before this Court is the sister of Accused No.1. 5. In that view, this Criminal Petition is allowed and case against the petitioner / accused No.4 in respect of Crime No.187 of 2019 of Proddatur III Town Police Station, Kadapa, is hereby quashed.
