Division No.5, District Ludhiana and all the subsequent proceedings arising out of the aforesaid FIR. The learned State Counsel has filed affidavit of Mr. Gur Iqbal Singh, PPS, Assistant commissioner of Police, Civil Lines, Ludhiana in the court today which is taken on record. While referring to the said affidavit he contends that a cancellation report has been submitted and is pending adjudication for 02.08.2025. In view of the above, present petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed of as such.
