A photocopy of aforesaid order is provided to learned Senior Advocate appearing for petitioner, who fairly submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with liberty to petitioner to challenge it and also prays that delay aspect may be taken note, if a fresh writ petition is filed. 4. In the circumstances, writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for. So far as question of delay is concerned, it is kept open. 5.
