Act, Police Station- Seohara, District- Bijnor, pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.3, Bijnor. 3. After arguing at length, learned counsel for the applicant seeks withdrawal of the instant applicant. 4. In view thereof, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn.
