Sri Atma Prakash Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for Respondent- Union of India, refers a judgment passed by a Division Bench of this Court in the case of Union of India and others vs. Dileep Kumar Pandey, 2010:AHC:78404-DB wherein a writ was considered to be not maintainable against the Management of Air Force School, Bamrauli, Allahabad. 3. Similarly, in the present case petitioner is an employee of Air Force School at Kanpur Nagar, therefore, in similar circumstances, this writ petition is also not maintainable. The Court also takes note of a judgment passed by Supreme Court in Army Welfare Education Society, New Delhi vs. Sunil Kumar Sharma and others, 2024 INSC 501. However, petitioner will have liberty to take recourse or other legally permissible remedy, if so advised. 4. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as not maintainable.
