Heard Sri Nagesh Kumar Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State-respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No. 2, the Naib Tehsildar 2nd, Tehsil Mehdawal, District Sant Kabir Nagar to decide Case No. 2939 of 2022 (Arvind Kumar Shukla vs. Nar Singh Narain Shukla), computerized case no. T202217650302939, under Section 34/35 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'order sheet' of the case, a copy whereof has been appended to the writ petition to point out that although several dates have been fixed but for some reason or the other, matter has been adjourned. The delay in disposal of the case is stated to be causing hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, a prayer is made for a direction to the respondent No. 2, the Naib Tehsildar 2nd, Tehsil Mehdawal, District Sant Kabir Nagar, to conclude the proceedings at an early date. Having regard to the aforesaid, the present petition is disposed of with an observation that the respondent No. 2, the Naib Tehsildar 2nd, Tehsil Mehdawal, District Sant Kabir Nagar, would make an endeavor to conclude the proceedings of the case, which is stated to be pending before Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Nagesh Kumar Dwivedi, Satish Kumar Tiwari, Sushil Kumar Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
