Heard Mr. Pavan Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mridul Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 3.The instant petition has been filed for the following relief:- "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing direct the respondent No.2-Board of Revenue, Uttar Pradesh at Lucknow to decide the Revision No.3086 of 2024 (Ram Kewal Vs. Jatadhari and others) U/s 210 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before him within stipulated period as directed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned revision filed by private respondent No.5 impleading the petitioner as opposite party is pending before respondent No.2-Board of Revenue, U.P. Lucknow since 2004. He further placed certified copy of the order sheet, which has been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the writ petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the present Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Pavan Kumar Srivastava Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. Jatadhari And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) petition stands disposed of finally directing respondent No.2- Board of Revenue, U.P. Lucknow to decide the aforementioned revision in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties.
