The present application has been filed for condoning the delay of 150 days in filing the application for bringing on record the LR of the deceased petitioner. Mr. H. Samarjit, learned GA appearing for the respondents fairly submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present condonation application. On perusal of the record and in view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, this court is of the considered view that sufficient ground has been made out for condoning the aforesaid delay. Accordingly, the delay of 150 days in filing the application for bringing on record the LR of the deceased petitioner is allowed. With the aforesaid direction, the present application is disposed of.
