Learned counsel for the respondents not objected the request made by the learned counsel for the appellant. 3. In view of the request made by the learned counsel for the appellant, without delving into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of this revision petition directing the learned Senior Civil Judge, Parchur to dispose of C.M.A.No.1of 2024 as expeditiously as possible. 4.
