Das, learned standing counsel for the respondents in Secondary Education Department. This interlocutory application is preferred by the applicant, namely, Sumita Patowary for correction of her name in the cause title of the order of this Court dated 14.07.2025. Mr. Chakraborty, learned counsel for the applicant submits that the correct name of the applicant/petitioner is Sumita Patowary, but due to inadvertence, the name of the applicant was written in the WP(C) No.77/2023 as Sunita Patowary and as such, there is a requirement for making necessary correction of the typographical error that occurred inadvertently in the cause title of the writ petition, being WP(C) No.77/2023 as well as in the cause title of the order dated 14.07.2025. Ms. Das submits that she has no objection. Taking note of the submission of learned counsel for both the parties, this Court is inclined to dispose of this interlocutory application by directing that henceforth, the word 'Sunita Patowary' appearing in the cause title of the order dated 14.07.2025 of the WP(C) No.77/2023 shall be read as 'Sumita Patowary' for all purposes.
