Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. Present petition has been filed with following prayer:- "(i). To direct the Prescribed Officer (Rent Control)/Civil Judge (S.D.), Allahabad to decide the Execution Case No. 5 of 2010 (Shiv Pratap Singh vs. Sushil Yadav and others) within stipulated period." 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submitted that aforesaid suit is pending since 2010. Therefore, a direction may be issued to Prescribed Officer (Rent Control)/Civil Judge (S.D.), Allahabad to decide the suit at the earliest. 4. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the present petition is disposed of with direction to Prescribed Officer (Rent Control)/Civil Judge (S.D.), Allahabad to decide the aforesaid Suit in accordance with law, maximum within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after providing opportunity of hearing to all concerned and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if there is no legal impediment. In case, adjournment is granted, Court shall record reasons for adjournment and may impose cost, if required.
