This writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioner by which petitioner is aggrieved by the impugned order dated 09.01.2025, wherein Deputy General Manager-Retail Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., Gorakhpur has rejected the contention of the petitioner with regard to the non eligibility of respondent no. 5. 3. Upon perusal of the said order, it is clear that all the points raised by the petitioner with regard to non eligibility of respondent no. 5 have been dealt in great detail by the respondent authority. 4.
