Heard Sri Manish Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondent nos. 1 to 4. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging the order of the Programme Officer/Block Development Officer, Khorabar, District Gorakhpur, the respondent no.4, dated 20.9.2025, passed under the provisions of Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005. 3. At the very outset, learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has a remedy of preferring appeal under clause 29(i) of the Schedule I of the Act of 2005 before the District Programme Coordinator. 4. In view of the aforesaid facts, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the District Programme Coordinator by filing an appeal as contemplated under the provisions of the Act of 2005.
