This is poorly drafted petition but this Court is still considering this petition because the petitioner wants to be enrolled as an Advocate before Bar Council of Gujarat and he further wants that his educational documents be verified from Monad University, Hapur. However, his enrollment is being held up since respondent University has not verified his document, from where petitioner has passed LLB Course. 3. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioner will appear before Registrar of respondent University on 06.11.2025 during working hours and in case he appears, the Registrar is directed to verify his documents on the same day. In case, there is any legal impediment, same shall be informed to the petitioner.
