Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Gola P.S. Case No. 7 of 2025 for the offences registered under Sections 74, 75(2), 76, 78(2), 109(1), 118(2), 117(2), 126(2) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, First Class, Ramgarh. 3. On 11.01.2025, the petitioner is alleged to have outraged the modesty of the victim. The petitioner attempted to sexually assault her, but the victim somehow managed to save her from clutches of the petitioner. When the victim started to fleeing away, the petitioner gave a lathi blow on her, causing grievous injury. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected at this stage. (Ambuj Nath, J.) R.Kr.
