Verma, learned Additional Advocate General states that relief, sought in the 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 instant proceedings, already stands granted to the petitioner and as such, present petition has been rendered infructuous. 2. Having perused the aforesaid communication, which is taken on record, this Court finds that respondent No.3, Principal Government Industrial Training Institute, Nagrota Bagwan at Serathana, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh vide letter dated 08.01.2025 has intimated that pension case of the petitioner has been calculated and sent to the competent authority i.e. Senior Deputy Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh, who has been otherwise not impleaded as party respondent. 3. On the oral request of learned counsel for the petitioner, Senior Deputy Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh is ordered to be impleaded as party respondent. 4. Notice to newly impleaded respondent. Mr. Tek Ram Sharma, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the newly impleaded respondent. Registry is directed to carry out necessary correction in the memo of the parties with red ink. 5. Since case of the petitioner has been already recommended for pension, as detailed hereinabove, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly 3 same is disposed of, with a direction to Senior Deputy Accountant General (A&E) Himachal Pradesh to do the needful in terms of letter dated 08.01.2025 sent by Principal Government Industrial Training Institute, Nagrota Bagwan at Serathana, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievance, if any. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
