Maurya, learned AGA for the State. 2. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the case being CNR No.UPLK041213962024 and Filling No.121368/2024 (State V/S Vinod Kumar and others) pending before Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court no.26, Lucknow, under Sections 498-A, 354,323,504 & 506 IPC and Section 3/4 DP Act, arising out of case crime no. 0156/2024, Police Station Aliganj, District Lucknow to District Mahoba having competent jurisdiction. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits, however, applicant is the wife of the opposite party no.2 and she filed the instant transfer application with the prayer to transfer the trial of the case from District Lucknow to District Mahoba but now applicant is ready to appear through video conferencing and, therefore, instant transfer application may be disposed of with the direction that if applicant filed an application before appropriate forum to appear through Video Conferencing then his application shall be entertained and he will be permitted to appear through Video Conferencing. 4. Learned AGA is having no objection. 5. In view of the contention raised by learned counsel for the applicant, instant transfer application stands disposed of with the direction that that Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Manoj Mishra, Shashank Mishra Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Smt. Abhilasha Devi .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) if applicant filed an application to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing then his application shall be considered and he will be permitted to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing.
