The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed to quash the order dated 29.4.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge Court No. 5/Special Judge (Gangsters Act), Bareilly in Criminal Revision No. 420 of 2024, whereby the revisional court affirmed the order dated 7.10.2024 passed by Judicial Magistrate, Nawabganj, Bareilly, whereby an application under Section 175(3) BNSS has been dismissed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
