This interlocutory application is filed by the applicant for impleadment of the present incumbent, Chief Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department as party respondent No. 8 in the connected Cont.Cas(C) No. 567/2018. 2. Perused the instant application and it is seen that the copy of the order dated 10.08.2018 passed in WP(C) No. 5383/2018 was duly served upon the present incumbent, Chief Engineer, Public Health Engineering Department on 04.06.2025. 3. Considering the matter in its entirety, the present interlocutory application stands allowed. 4. The learned counsel for the applicant shall prepare an amended cause title and submit the same before the Registry within a period of 5 (five) days from today as required under CIS incorporating the aforesaid entity as party respondent in seriatim.
