Billu Ram vs. Kamlesh Kumar and another
COPC No.1094 of 2025
13.11.2025 Present Mr. Devender K. Sharma, Advocate, for the petitioner.
Mr. Rajan Kahol and Mr. Vishal Panwar, Additional Advocate Generals with Mr. Ravi Chauhan and Mr. Anish Banshtu, Deputy Advocate Generals, for the respondents-State.
While placing on record communication dated 12.11.2025, issued under the signatures of Conservator of Forests, Rampur Forest Circle, enclosing therewith certain documents suggestive of the fact that though steps already stand initiated for complying the mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated, but for want of certain information, final order has been not passed till date, learned Additional Advocate General states that further four weeks’ time may be granted to do the needful.
Having taken note of the fact that judgment alleged to have been violated was passed on 22.07.2025 and till date same has been not stayed/varied or modified by the superior Court of law, though, there appears to be no justification to grant further time, but by way of indulgence and on the vehement request of learned Additional Advocate General, further three weeks’ time, as prayed for, is granted to the respondents to file reply/compliance affidavit, failing which, respondents shall remain present in Court on the next date of hearing to explain that why they be not punished for their having intentionally and
deliberately disobeyed the mandate contained in the judgment alleged to have been violated.
List on 16.12.2025. (Sandeep Sharma) Judge November 13, 2025 (shankar)
