Heard Sri Nisheeth Yadav, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent and Sri K.N. Singh, learned counsel for New Okhla Industrial Development Authority (NOIDA). 2. The instant writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondent no.2 to consider the representation of the petitioner company dated 02.09.2025 (Annexed as Annexure No.5 to this writ petition) in terms of clause 4.0 of New Okhla Industrial Development Area Building Regulation, 2010. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.2 to grant permission to petitioner company to surround the land of the petitioner company by way of boundary wall." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner has confined his prayer for a direction to respondents to decide the representation of the petitioners dated 02.09.2025 (Annexure No.5) in terms of clause 4.0 of New Okhla Industrial Development Area Building Regulation, 2010. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending consideration. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits of the issue, the writ petition stands disposed of asking the authority concerned to decide the aforesaid representation of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within three Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Nisheeth Yadav Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Kaushalendra Nath Singh M/S Faar East Food Pvt.
