The parties are present in person. However, from the allegations and the Complaint it is evident that it is a primafacie case of rape which got reported on the same day. 3. Considering the nature of allegations, it is not a fit case for quashing. 4. The Petition is dismissed and accordingly disposed of along with the pending Applications.
