Whether approved for reporting? 1 For the Petitioner: Mr. Manohar Lal Sharma, Advocate For the Respondent: Mr. Deepak Sharma, Advocate. _______________________________________________________ Sandeep Sharma, Judge(oral): While placing on record copy of office order dated 14.07.2025, issued under the signatures of Managing Director, Himachal Road Transport Corporation, Shimla, learned counsel representing the respondent-Corporation states that respondents, after having considered the case of the petitioner in light of the mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed, have rejected the representation of the petitioner on the ground of limitation. 2. Having carefully perused order dated 14.07.2025, which is taken on record, this Court finds merit in the contention of learned counsel for the respondent-Corporation. Since there was only direction to consider the case of the petitioner in light of judgment passed in CWP No. 1473 of 2024, titled Ranbir Singh vs. Himachal Road Transport Corporation and the respondents, after having considered the case of the petitioner in light of afore judgment, have rejected the same, nothing remains to be adjudicated 1Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? 2 in the instant petition and accordingly same is disposed of, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law, laying therein challenge to the order passed in purported compliance of the judgment sought to be executed, if so advised.
