Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, for the State respondent. 2. This is an application under Section 483 BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of bail to the accused/petitioner, namely, Safikul Ali, who was arrested in Page No.# 2/2 connection with Hajo P.S. Case No. 248/2025 under Sections 61(2)/319(1)/352/196 of the BNS, 2023. 3. During the deliberation of the matter, Mr. B. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam on instruction, submitted that police after completion of investigation of the case has already submitted the charge-sheet in said Hajo P.S. Case No. 248/2025 vide Charge-Sheet No. 268/2025 dated 17.08.2025. 4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the appropriate forum/authority for his regular bail in said Hajo P.S. Case No. 248/2025. 5.
