Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition filed by the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.20715 of 2025 by order dated 09.09.2025 on the ground that a complaint lodged by the defacto complainant stating that a cow was found missing and based on the confession of one Vignesh, the petitioner was implicated in this case. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the cow has not yet been recovered. 4. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) and since there is no change in circumstances established before this Court to revisit the earlier order. 5.
