Petitioners were given admission in BAMS Course on the strength of an interim order dated 16.02.2023 passed in WPMB No. 377 of 2023. The said petition was filed by Management of the concerned College. Now petitioners have filed separate writ petition, seeking the following reliefs: - (i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to declare the result of the petitioners pertaining to the batch of academic session 2021-22 of their first professional examination pertaining to their admission in respondent no. 5 college in pursuance of interim order dated 16.02.2023 passed in WPMS No. 377 of 2023 permitting the petitioners to give their semester examination. 7. Mr. Sandeep Kothari, learned 2025:UHC:11232-DB counsel appearing for respondent no. 2 is right in submitting that another writ petition for the self-same relief would not be maintainable, especially when, petitioners are pursuing BAMS Course on the strength of interim order passed in a writ petition filed by College. 8.
