ORAL ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will not press prayer (A) in the writ petition. In view of the submission, prayer (A) does not survive for
consideration.
2. The petitioner has sought for a direction to respondent No.1 to release the arrears of salary to the petitioner as expeditiously as possible. The petitioner was appointed on 04.10.1999 in respondent No.5-institution. The said institution was approved to grant-in-aid by the Government order dated 05.02.2001 at Annexure-A. The petitioner’s post along with other posts, has been approved for grant-in-aid by the Government Order dated 22.04.2022 vide Annexure-E. Pursuant to the order, the respondents are not paying the arrears of salary to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court seeking a direction to respondent No.1 to pay the arrears

to the petitioner as per Government Order dated 22.04.2022 at Annexure-E.
3. In view of the above, the petitioner is permitted to submit a fresh representation enclosing all necessary documents to respondent Nos.2 to 4 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this
order. Respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to consider the representation to be submitted by the petitioner for payment of arrears of salary, within a period of eight weeks from the date of submission of the representation. With the above observations, the writ petition stands
disposed of.
