The present review application has been filed with reference to the order passed by a coordinate bench on 11.03.2025. We have perused the order. The order passed is a merit order. 3. It has been submitted that third party rights had been created before the order dated 11.03.2025 was passed. 4. The respondent objects that there is no document to evidence such fact. 5. Besides the issue of delay, we find no good ground is made out to interfere on the same. 6. Accordingly, the present review application is dismissed, leaving it open to the applicant to defend itself in the contempt proceedings on all grounds that may be available to it.
