Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that he is complainant in Complaint Case No. 2352 of 2023 (Smt. Arti vs. Arvind Kishor Goswami and others), under Sections 323, 325, 452, 504 and 506 IPC at Police Station Orai, District Jalaun which is pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Jalaun at Orai. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the learned Magistrate to decide the said case as expeditiously as as possible. 3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the court below concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 4.
