The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the income certificate of her husband has been canceled by the Tehsildar/Respondent no.4 on 01.07.2025. 3. Learned Standing Counsel on the other hand submits that the same is appealable by the affected party, whose income certificate has been cancelled by the notification dated 15.01.20211 under the U.P. Janhit Guarantee Act. 4. Considering the submissions so made across the Bar, the writ petition stands disposed of leaving it open for the affected party to file an appeal before the appropriate forum.
