This writ petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, whereby the petitioners- defendants have sought a direction to the learned Vth Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Dehradun, for the expeditious disposal of Original Suit No. 405 of 2013, Shamsher and Others v. Manudin and Others. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioners-defendants that Original Suit No. 405 of 2013 has been pending since the year 2013 and that even the issues have not been framed in the matter. 4. From a perusal of the entire order sheet, annexed by learned counsel for the petitioners, it is reflected that, till date, written statements have not been filed by the respondent and no issues were framed. 5. In view of the aforesaid, no case is made out for the issuance of a direction to the learned Vth Additional Civil Judge (J.D.), Dehradun, for the expeditious hearing of Original Suit No. 405 of 2013, Shamsher and Others Vs.
