Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a poor person. It is further submitted that applicant has been implicated in all the cases on the basis of confessional statement (which is irrelevant) and have been registered against unknown person. Last bail order of the applicant has been passed on 19.8.2025. It is further submitted that applicant is languishing in jail since 24.3.2025. NA528 No. 36800 of 2025 2 In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the court concerned is directed to release the applicant in all the 19 cases after furnishing personal bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned, in the aforesaid cases.
