According to petitioner, he is serving in Uttarakhand Pollution Control Board since last two decades, but his claim for regularisation has not been considered. It is the case of the petitioner that he was appointed on contract, without there being any intermediary. 4. Since petitioner has sought a writ of mandamus, therefore, this Court thinks that ends of justice would be met, if the Competent Authority is directed to take decision on petitioner’s representation dated 04.11.2025. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Competent Authority to take decision on petitioner’s representation dated 04.11.2025 (Annexure 2 to the writ petition), as per law, within four months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order along with representation.
