Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the case bearing Case No. 7037 of 2020 (State vs. Sanjeev Kumar), arising out of Case Crime No. 207 of 2020, under Section 30 Arms Act, at Police Station Friends Colony, District Etawah which is pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Etawah. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the learned Magistrate to decide the said case as expeditiously as as possible. 3. Considering the submissions made by learned counsel for the applicant, the court below concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 4.
