The main petition was disposed of with direction to the respondents to consider and decide the case of petitioner with observation that in case petitioner was found to be similarly situated, then same and similar benefits, as extended to Satya Devi, be also extended to her. Compliance report stands filed alongwith copy of consideration order dated 21.07.2025, whereby, claim of the petitioner has been decided by the Director Health Services with observation that case of the petitioner has been disposed of in terms of decision in Satya Devi’s case, wherein, SLP (Civil) No. 20496/2024, titled as State of H.P. Vs. Satya Devi, has been preferred by the State and operation of impugned order has been stayed. Therefore, present matter is closed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy for redressal of her grievance, if any, still survives, including filing fresh petition or execution petition.
