This petition, purportedly in public interest, has been filed by the petitioners aggrieved of the Circular dated 17.07.2025 issued by respondent no. 8, inter alia, claiming the same to be without jurisdiction and seeking a further direction not to collect any amount from the participants. The Circular dated 17.07.2025 has been issued by the Regional Office of Bharat Scouts and Guides, Uttar Pradesh in relation to Grand Finale Diamond Jubilee Jamboree and 19th National Scouts and Guides Jamboree, 2025. 2. While disclosing the credentials, petitioners have claimed themselves as committed members of Bharat Scouts and Guides. Once the petitioners claimed their status as committed members of Bharat Scouts and Guides and are seeking to question the action of the institution of which they are committed members, the petition cannot be termed as a public interest litigation. 3. Consequently, we do not find any reason to entertain the present petition at the instance of the petitioners, the same is, therefore, dismissed.
