Case No. 5 of 2023 for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned Addl. Sessions Judge-I, Chakradharpur, Chaibasa. 3. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No. 10072 of 2024 by order dated 05.12.2024. 4. It is alleged that the petitioner along with co-accused persons had committed murder of Marshal Odeya. It further appears that on the confession of this petitioner, the dead body of the deceased was recovered. 5.
