Learned Additional Advocate General at the outset fairly submits that impugned order is contrary to the direction passed by this Court while remitting the matter to concerned respondent to pass a fresh order and prays that order impugned in this writ petition may be set aside with liberty to concerned respondent to pass a fresh order. 3. In aforesaid circumstances, accepting the aforesaid fair submission made by learned Additional Advocate General, this writ petition is allowed. Impugned order dated 11.08.2025 is set aside and matter is remitted back to concerned respondent to pass a fresh order strictly in accordance with law and taking note of judgment passed by this Court in Kamlesh Tyagi vs. State of U.P. and others, 2025:AHC:29824. 4. In pursuance of this Court’s order dated 28.10.2025, Sri Mahendra Dev, Director of Education (Secondary), U.P., Prayagraj is present in Court and has extended unconditional apology, which is accepted.
